All original paintings are sold as-is. Each painting is a one-of-one original work. Sales are final once confirmed. Every original painting ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Shipping costs and logistics are arranged individually at time of sale.
First edition giclée fine art paper prints are limited editions. Print orders are processed and fulfilled by our print partner. Production time is approximately 3–5 business days. Shipping is via insured carrier.
If your print arrives damaged, contact art@marykilpatrick.com within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Due to the custom nature of giclée prints, returns are not accepted except in cases of damage or defect. Original paintings are not returnable once shipped.
Print purchases are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is charged at time of order.
